You may know me for my comedy photos, these days I work in the public sector for The City of Long Beach.

CITY GOVERNMENT PHOTOGRAPHER
2016 - Present

I work for the City of Long Beach within the Special Events & Filming Office. I photograph everything from City Council Meetings and Corporate Management headshots, to Music Festivals and the Grand Prix.

When COVID happened and events came to a halt, I was repurposed in Disaster Communications with the Joint Information Center, where I shared Health Order updates on social media, helped people sort out COVID testing and vaccine appointments, and assisted in live streaming the Mayor’s weekly press conference livestreams for The City of Long Beach and the Department of Health and Human Services.

My work resulted in being a finalist for Government Social Media’s 2022 Golden Post Awards in the category of “Best Social Media Customer Service”.

In April 2023 I was voted City of Long Beach’s Employee of the Month, for which I was honored at City Council.
