My name. My mother loved the Sound of Music, I have to live with that. But for the record, I pronounce it Leezelle.
Work. I have a BFA in graphic design from Otis College of Art & Design . I work at Linespace Design assisting with projects for USC, Cal State Fresno, and Terranea Resort. Here is an example of a thing.
The other thing I do. I photograph live comedy. Sometimes I turn them into GIFs. I document live shows for The Upright Citizens Brigade in Los Angeles. I also shoot Largo’s Paul F. Tompkins Show, Thrilling Adventure Hour, SFSketchfest, MaxFunCon, Pardcast Riot LA, and UCB-LA’s best sketch show, The Midnight Show. I shot some photos for Amy Poehler’s book, Yes Please. I also made a book of my favorite comedy moments which is sold through Blurb.
Things I Love. Traveling. Food, Squirrels, musicals, drawings, writing foul gift messages, nail polish, oh, and ridiculously handsome guy. He recently asked me to be his missus, and here is the story of how he did it.
